VOX Cinemas at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates offers customers an exclusive five-star cinema experience. The space consists of a lounge area with dining and bar facilities and a high-tech screening room that comfortably seats up to 15 people. 

The new concept is the first of its kind in a hotel and the lighting helps create the ultimate entertainment and dining experience.

In the bar and dining area, the use of concealed, linear lines of light in combination with minimal, low-glare downlights creates a harmony of indirect and direct lighting. Flexible linear LED lighting as part of the wall elements and decorative fixtures completes the space, providing a layer of accent illumination and a feeling of luxury and cosiness.

In the cinema room, a recessed customised linear lighting system adds a modern and dynamic touch as part of the general lighting in the space.

The integration of a lighting control system (DALI) was essential in the high-end environment in order to allow smooth transitions between required scenes in the movie theatre and the dining and bar area.
